Sara coaches women overwhelmed with anxiety and burdened by excess weight. As a Certified Yoga Therapist, Board-Certified Master's Level Health and Wellness Coach, and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional, she is passionate about helping women discover their strengths and thrive in mind, body, and spirit. With extensive training in both traditional and integrative health practices, Sara offers personalized coaching that empowers clients to connect with their inner wisdom, align with their values, and reach their goals. She creates a nurturing, non-judgmental space where women feel safe, supported, and inspired to transform. Sara lives in central Iowa.
Throughout my life, I struggled with anxiety and weight, both physical and emotional. I tried everything from quick-fix diet shakes to rigid exercise routines. But no matter how hard I tried, I kept ending up in the same place—still anxious and the weight coming back - often frustrated, and disconnected from myself.
The turning point came when I realized the problem wasn’t a lack of willpower. It was a lack of connection to my own inner wisdom, my true needs, and my values. When I stopped fighting myself and started working with myself, everything shifted.
Today, I live from a place of strength, confidence, and peace. I no longer measure my worth by the scale or by what I am doing, but rather in a place of being. And that’s what I want for every woman I work with. Now I am passionate about helping women overwhelmed by anxiety and burdened by excess weight reconnect with their power, trust themselves again, and create vibrant lives that feel good from the inside out.
